Kevin J. Sullivan, M.D.
Dr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Oregon Medical School (now OHSU). He interned at San Bernardino County Hospital and did his residency in Neurology at the University of Colorado Medical Center. After three years in the US Army at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, he joined the Medford Neurological Clinic in 1974.
Dr Sullivan was the Medical Director of the Southern Oregon Muscular Dystrophy Clinic for 18 years. He has served as Medical Staff President at both Providence Hospital and Rogue Valley Medical Center. In addition to membership in a number of medical societies, Dr. Sullivan was awarded a Fellowship in the American Academy of Neurology in 1996.
